Hey everyone!! My friend and I were recently at the mall looking around and I was the cutest scarf ever! The price was ridiculous though! My friend was explaining how she knew a girl who made her own scarfs and sold them for like $5 or so, but what was really cool was the fact that she made them out of old t shirts! yes!! old t shirts! So i googled it and looked around and theyre actually not that bad and simple to make too! all you need is an old tshirt,a sissors and 10 minutes! So first you take the shirt, lay it out, and cut it right below the arm pits straight across, than you cut (from the bottom of the tshirt) about and 1-1.5 inch pieces up about halfway up the shirt! After, you take each piece and flaring the pieces out by taking the top and pulling and holding all the way down to the bottom (some people even braid 3 of them together- cute too!) and taaa-daa you have a new cute scarf of your choice for the upcoming season!
