Glamorous Green

It’s amazing how far drugstore products have come! For this look I used sleeks makeup palette in Storm. I used about 5 colors from the palette, blues greens, brown and even some gold. I started off using barely beige color tattoo by Maybelline as a base. I then started mixing the blue on the bottom (second from the first) and the forest green next to it. I created a “V” shape only on my crease leaving the lid bare. After that I applied the highlight to my brow bone I used the second color on the top row. Then I mixed in the matte soft brown color in between the highlight and the blue green color. Blend, blend; and of course more blending!! Once I liked the way it looked I then mixed some of my Show Girls Secret by HardCandy with L.A. Colors spring fling. It’s a vibrant green loose eye shadow. You guys know I love my Show Girls Secret!!  For eyeliner I did a slight wing with L’Oreal infallible gel eyeliner in black. For the waterline I used NYX’s Jet Black eyeliner. Once that was done I couldn’t resist putting on some false eyelashes and a decent amount of mascara. For step by step video instructions stay tuned for my YouTube tutorial which will be up within the week!

Chi product review

So lately I've been testing out these chi products that I always saw in the salon but never wanted to buy because I just assumed they were expensive! I found them at Tj maxx for about 15 bucks a bottle and the ones I got were the silk infusion bottle and the infra shampoo bottle. Which are super huge! They're about 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide! I started with the silk infusion which makes your hair silky and also look healthier! I just put it in after I straighten or curl my hair but someone people have said they did it before their hair styling! All it is is an oil that makes your hair healthier and look better! It also smells very good! And it last FORRREVVERRR! Because all you need it like an M&M sized drop to work through your tips! Next is the infra shampoo, this smells exactly like the chi silk infusion but definitely works too! I do see why they use it in salons and I must say, the price fits the product! I always can find at least one negative thing to say but on these products I am very pleased with the results I was and currently are getting! I recommend this to all of the "on the go moms" or "straightening your hair 24/7 teens" who don't have time to keep up with their hair or damage their hair more frequently than others because its almost like it "holds you over" a couple of haircuts too! Try it out and let me know what ya think! XOXO CeCe Marie

Romantic Purples

Nail Polish Obsession

Hey Ladies!

So as of lately I've been obsessed with nail polish. I go through phases where one moment I love my nails the next moment I hate them! I've found a few colors that I love to pair together. I'll start with the lovely deep purple color. I take O.P.I's Lincoln Park At Midnight (2 coats) then Revlon's 761 Scandalous over top of it. It turns into this beautiful glowing color. Make sure to use a base coat and top coat for it. I also use a cuticle conditioner before hand (let it soak into your skin, it feels so good). And then after I'm all done polishing them I use quick dry drops (Drip Dry by OPI).

Okay now for the second one... gold nails! I love gold nails this time of year. I'm not one to follow trends so I'd rock these any time of the year. I follow the same steps with base coat, top coat etc. I apply Revlon's 925 gold coin (2 coats). Then I apply Revlon's Sequins over top of it. Followed of course by a top coat and then drip dry.

For base and top coat I use Seche Vite and for a conditioner I use the one by CND.
Oh I should have cleaned these up a little haha but you get the general idea hahahaha

I've received so many compliments on both these looks. The good thing is I found all of these (with the exception of Lincoln Park At Midnight) on sale! Woot woo !!!

Also as a side note (I can't get my nails to be perfect, I'm too impatient hah)
